Tania-Joy Bartlett is a master electrician, heavy equipment operator, and award-winning advocate for diversity and inclusion in the trades. Based in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, she has spent her career breaking barriers in male-dominated industries and promoting equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender or background. Recognized with over 25 community awards—including honours from her local chamber of commerce—Tania-Joy is known for her leadership in creating safe, inclusive workplaces where skill and dedication matter most. Passionate about inspiring the next generation, she regularly speaks in schools to encourage youth to pursue careers in the skilled trades. Outside of her advocacy, she enjoys fishing, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
